🚀 Agape Media Hiring Process – Step-by-Step:

1. Apply for the Job

Submit your application through our job form or platform. Make sure your contact details are correct.

2. Take an Assessment

You’ll receive a link to a short test that checks your basic skills, communication, and understanding of the role.

3. Pass the Assessment? Welcome Aboard!

If you qualify, we’ll begin your onboarding process and officially welcome you to the Agape Media team.

4. Complete 7-Day Training

You'll go through a structured online training program (via our LMS) designed to equip you with everything needed to succeed.

5. Get Certified

After training, you’ll take a certification test to evaluate what you’ve learned.

6. Pass the Certification? Start Working!

You’ll officially begin your work at Agape Media.

Didn’t pass? No worries — you’ll undergo a re-training process and retake the test until you clear it.

7. Get Official Access

You'll be given an Agape Media email ID, access to our CRM, sales tools, rate calculators, and knowledge modules to support your work.

8. Start Earning

You’ll begin earning 20% commission on every successful sale you bring in. The more you close, the more you earn!
